How Jojoba Oil Benefits The Skin
Jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis) is a perennial woody shrub grown primarily in the desert regions of the southwestern United States and northwestern Mexico. Native Americans have long used jojoba (pronounced hohoba) oil to help heal sores and wounds. A Clay Clarifying Mask for Healthy Winter Skin
Clarify, tone and moisturise your skin during the cold months with a weekly clay mask, using the following ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Calcium bentonite green clay
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Apricot Kernel oil or Jojoba Oil
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon purified or spring water (more or less depending on desired thickness)
