Strawberries: not just delicious!

Strawberries are full of Vitamin C, fibre, as well as the minerals calcium, potassium and magnesium – that much we knew. Scientists across America and Sweden studying the little berry are witnessing some amazing in vitro results, a lot of them due to its high antioxidant content.┬áThe humble strawberry could help reduce inflammation, boost metabolism, stabilise blood sugar, and even help protect our brain against ageing!
