Back in the day we set ourselves a tough Wellbeing Challenge: to dry brush everyday for one week, a full five minutes each time. Although we never gloated about our triumph, we did in fact see the challenge through. And we even came back for more by keeping the challenge up for a full month!
Admittedly, it gets a bit boring and tedious to dry brush EVERY SINGLE DAY – so to change it up a bit, you can add 2 or 3 drops of essential oil to your body brush. Neat, sweet-smelling and invigorating. But more to the point, you’ll be making your dry brushing even better for you!
